Latest Update
We believe to have completely isolated the issue causing packet loss and all services should be returning to normal.

We're still investigating reports of low levels of packet loss in the Manchester network - the situation appears to be improved but not completely resolved as yet.
We have isolated a probable cause and are now in the process of isolating it from the Network looking towards stabilisation.
Some customers may be experiencing some packet loss externally - This is currently under investigation
We have isolated this fault to an issue with custfw7 in Turing House.
This cluster has been failed over to the backup node and services are now coming back. We are still investigating the cause
