Access Request SMS Service
We are currently aware of an issue which is affecting our customers ability to send a text message to our access request system to generate an access code.
We are working with our vendor for a resolution but for now, sending text messages to generate access codes will not work. Messages from us to our customers containing codes are working as expected
Customers can still generate access requests via the web portal as normal.
If you have any issues generating an access request, please get in touch with our support team
